About Us

Jahel Eusebio is the creator of JE CAKES INC. She was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to Brooklyn, New York around the age of 16. 

From a young age, Jahel was always fond about pastries. She had many different jobs within bakeries that soon led her to want to create her own. She started off her career experimenting with small cakes from home with the help of her 3 daughters. 

Jahel also works as a Pastry Tournant at the Mandarin Oriental with over 15 years of experience. Through the years, Jahel has refined her craft and remained passionate about her art.
